Just in front of Tagum Banana Cue Vendors Association is a commercial building clad in red accents and silver letterings reading: RENO BLDG. If your business in this downtown area of Tagum is food, chances are you will pass by this building (just like I did). But don’t be fooled by the seemingly grey area of its ground floor. My advice: look up. Atop the building’s signages is one by Estrella’s Kitchen and Cafe’s. After having a bit of hard time finding it, when I saw the signage, the security guard ushered me to go inside and climb up. Yes, you need to climb up few flights of stairs since the place is located on the 3rd floor. There’s no lift available.
Several friends have recommended this restaurant so I thought I might as well give it a try.
